How do I know when you will open for commissions?
When we open for commissions, check our ‘Quotes & queue’ page. we will also announce it on every website we are active on; currently including our Telegram Group Chat, FurAffinity, Twitter, & Patreon.
I wear glasses, can you make my headpiece big enough so I can wear them underneath?
Yes, in fact all of our headpieces can easily accommodate glasses underneath quite easily. It’s still good to let us know that you wear glasses so we can make a note, though!
Do you make ___?
Yes. We make almost any animal you can put your mind to! We’ve made some videogame-inspired, anime-inspired, Pokemon-inspired characters as well! As long as it is some sort of creature, we can make it!
Where do you find your fur or other materials?
We buy most of our fur from howlfabrics.com, Mendels.com, or from local stores. Our costumes otherwise use so many materials that we buy from so many sources, it is difficult to sit and list them all. What we can recommend for you is to look at Matrices.net tutorials, or visit the Telegram WIPZone chat and ask some questions there.
My suit got damaged at a con, and my friend is offering to fix it... is this okay?
Yes, however, it may void our "Lifetime Basic Repairs" Warranty if it is anything other than a small repair. So please ask us before having it repaired!
Do you offer alterations on your costumes?
Yes, the most common alteration is if you have gained or lost weight. These kinds of alterations for weight fluctuations are rather easy on most characters, so don’t fret if you need to get this adjustment done. We do charge a fee for this, so feel free to ask for an estimate.
Do I need to make you a DTD, or Duct-Tape-Dummy?
Yes, specifically if you order any commission that involves parts of your main body, like legs, upper body, or all of your body. At Sparkle Kreations, LLC, we cannot work off of body measurements or a generic shirt/pant size. You never need to Duct-Tape your head, this is often dangerous and not recommended. Hands are optional, unless we tell you for some reason that we need it for your specific character.
We also often require other measurements and sizes as well that require a measuring tape and another person to help out to write it all down for you in inches. We will provide a helpful drawing chart to outline it for you. Some of these may include head, arms, shoulders, wrists, shoe size, and potentially more.
Why is my shipping cost on the box of my fursuit lower/higher than what you quoted me?
Actual shipping cost will often be lower/higher than the quoted shipping cost we estimate to you, due to our estimate of time, gas to get to the postal store, packaging materials, and more expenses taken into consideration.
When do you start my commission?
We order the materials for the project once a sufficient amount for the project is reached, often times covered with the initial down payment.
We start on your commission once we reach your name in our queue, found on Trello.
Why do you ask for the down payment, and why do you ask for it so quickly?
This down payment is immediately used for materials and labor for your costume.
The short timeframe ensures your spot on our queue list, as we have many eager people wanting slots on our list, and we cannot hold your spot in line for weeks. It also ensures financial security in case you go with the monthly payment plan; we will know that we can rely on you to make your payments on time in the future.
How can I make my payments?
Paypal and square invoicing is our most used and preferred payment source. We send you an invoice using your PayPal/square email address at the beginning of the month, and you have the entirety of the month to pay it, and you can pay it in smaller amounts throughout the month if it is easier for you.
If you cannot do PayPal or square, we also accept the following:
Personal Check, cash, Credit Card
In the case of a Personal Check or Cash, you will need to send it through the mail. You will need to make sure it is postmarked within 12 days of accepting the quote price. Keep in mind, your letter may get opened in the mail, so try to secure it as much as possible, and insure it for a few extra cents, it’s worth it.
In the case of a Credit Card, we once again use paypal or square and send you an invoice, and you can input your card number through that. It is very easy, You can just hook up your credit card and pay through PayPal/square, it’s just a few clicks and then you’re done.
We do not meet in person for any payment transactions. No exceptions.
Can I get a suit if I am under the age of 18?
No. We also do not offer child-size fursuits.
Can my parent/guardian order for me if I am under the age of 18?
Unfortunately, we do not accept working with individuals under 18 under any circumstances, even through their parents/guardians due to the nature of some of the mature products we offer.

About Murrsuits.
While we do offer these items, keep in mind everyone has different opinions on them.

What is your opinion?
If we sold them or not, people would just try to edit the suits by themselves anyways. What we do know is that we have sewing experience and knowledge of fabrics, and that we can help make it more comfortable because of that. So that is why we started offering murrsuits to the public. You have to be 18 to purchase from us anyways, and so why not make it an extra option? That is why we offer murrsuits.
What about public wear?
We give every one of our customers, murrsuit or not, a cleaning guide on how to keep their suits fresh, clean, and smelling great. It is not up to us how they wear or use their suits. Often, we can, and do, sell more than one bodysuit, handpaws, and feetpaws to the same customer. So please, keep that in mind as you see the suits we make out in public or posted online.
Basic Murrsuit Info
When commissioning a murrsuit, keep in mind a few things.
We do need a few measurements in the genital region, so you or a partner may need to get the appropriate measurements, and please do not send us the measurements you think we need instantly. We will send you a specific list of what we need when the time comes.
We will need a Duct-Tape-Dummy as well, however, it will need a few extra marks and edits. We will also notify you privately of what that needs.
We will post your fursuit online on our website pages, though it will not look like a murrsuit thanks to our sewing techniques unless you ordered a strictly-bedroom-only bodysuit. Even then, we will likely temporarily sew things in place so that we can post pictures publicly online so it can be presentable. Remember that we at Sparkle Kreations, LLC do recommend getting a second pair of certain products for public wear, though it is ultimately your choice in the end.
